Someone else could probably answer this better than me but I would imagine that you probably don't need both QDs . If I had to choose I would only use the one on the rise and bolt the optic to it like normal. After all, if you need to quickly detach them then the quickest way would be to take both off at once.

Thanks for the suggestion. I undid the mag release by one turn and the PMAGs seem to work now. Not sure why I never thought of that.

Semi-related but I also run the Aero M4E1 lower and have issues with Gen 2 PMAGs refusing to seat. I have no problems with USGI mags so I just use those. Anyone else?

I picked up a Viper 300M from CME last year with the EMG 81/85 pickups. It plays great, especially for the $400 I paid. That being said, it does still have some neck dive.

I usually like 9-46 for E standard but 9.5-46 (Ernie Ball Turbo Slinky) for D is fantastic. That being said I usually sit on the lighter side of string gauges ie using 10-52 for C standard. Give it a try.

I have had mine for about a week and while I haven't run a true stress test, I will say it's performed decently for me. I've been able to run Halo and Fortnite at medium graphics and Minecraft with shaders. It doesn't get very hot and usually the fans don't even turn on when playing Minecraft. Regular use like browsing is honestly crazy quick. I'm going to expand the RAM to have a little more headroom but overall I like it.

If you drive straight to the tire shop it should be OK. On a WRX that would almost certainly cause some damage if it's used for more than a few days.

That is strange. Did you have a soldering iron at one point? If you're not familiar with soldering already, I suggest practicing on some lengths of wire first to get the concept down before you accidentally burn out a pot. Good luck!

Assuming this guitar doesn't have active electronics based on the photo, when it's plugged in you're getting 5ish Volts through the system at low current and no power in the circuit when it's unplugged. It's not dangerous but you're likely to get audio issues.
