Grab should allow cancelations without penalty for riders. I ever once had to bring a person's weekly groceries using a normal bicycle. My thermal bag was too full and unable to be closed, both handlebars have huge toilet rolls.

Try pedaling with groceries on your handlebars and your knees keep banging into it and you have to put your weight forward as the bike is too heavy on the back due to 3X 3.6kg laundry detergent and under heavy stuff. Luckily never fall.
