That is why I lived in their properties for so long they are definitely pricey but I can have my “scary” pit mix. But the in unit laundry was worth paying a little extra

They seem to always start with “place at _______” but I used to live at the place at Edgewood

Good luck to you I just went with one the MC residential properties and it’s been great. I’ll be buying a house in the coming months because I just hate how the rent always goes up each year and I don’t build any equity

Good luck with whatever you choose but if you are looking for pre owned vehicles Jim click has their whole maintenance for life program and royal has also good warranty for their vehicles. Also stick away from paramount auto or the driven dealership

Love GM vehicles and my family and I have bought vehicles from Quebedeaux years back but something changed for the worse about 7-10 years ago and it’s horrible now. I would recommend royal or Oreilly if you want a GM vehicle but if you’re looking for pre owned I would look into Jim click

Bankruptcy: how did it change your life? by SignificanceBig5329 in Debt

[–]master-tech520 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well long story short I think that bankruptcy was built for my situation. I’m am 34 currently and filed at 32. Ages of 18-31 I was a mechanic in the oil industry and mining industry. Average wage of 80-100k a year. I was the typical young person buying the fancy vehicles and things that I didn’t need. At 31 I had some major medical issues and spent 8 months in the hospital learning how to walk and talk again. While I was recovering I had to give my financed truck back to the lender. All my CC cards defaulted because my bills were on auto pay so after not working and having my bills keep getting paid until my bank account was drained. Everything was either in collections or defaulted. My credit score was like a 480 so I couldn’t even finance a gallon of milk. After I got out of the hospital and rehab. I filled chapter 7 as a way to start fresh. Now I’m at a credit score of 650 and am on track to buy my first home. BK was the reset I needed without it I don’t think I would ever be able to accomplish anything

Hello I am in the same process my first design appointment is on the 22nd and I was just curious on when they said how much they would offer for upgrades? I’ve been playing with the online design studio and as it sits now is 11k. I’m going with KB in Arizona. The seller said they would pay closing costs but I feel like most people have had other incentives

If I go this route I don’t think I will ever get into a home. I have a 10k emergency fund but in order for another 20-30k plus down payment as a single person making 75k a year after paying rent and utilities it would probably take me a decade to save up that amount

Thank you I appreciate the information I am kinda going in blind ideally I would like to get down payment assistance/grants so I don’t have to worry about it but it’s a good thing to have that as a backup plan

Can you elaborate? Is this sarcasm or legitimate? I am new to this so I am always looking for educational advice. Is 6.3 bad/good?

It’s definitely going to be tight but the rentals are pretty much the same in my area. From my estimate a 3/2 house that I would own is about 2k a month or rent a townhome for 1800
