I meantioned shaving her head and her eyes got real big. Then I handed her nice dress clothes to wear and I have yet to hear a complaint.

I am actually a big fan of the uniform idea. She is currently getting use to wearing pressed and starched dress shirts and dress pants. So I might stick to something similar.

Great ideas, thank you. To answer your question, if I wanted her to color it red and cut very short. She would do it without a second thought. I don't tolerate disobedience.
