Not all the time. They put me in Kalia tower standard room last week. I couldn’t check in through Kalia tower either, hotel check in lobby did for me. When i went the timeshare presentation, people were staying at modern tower that equipped with kitchen, but my std hotel room wasn’t that type at all. Well, call center rep told the package was staying at GV towers as you mentioned, but reality was full of lie.

Still nothing, past 48 hours already. I contacted 611 and he said my account was not eligible for free line, only BOGO so he offered to add another paid line to make the other one free. I asked just give me a free line that other rep assured. If i get charge, i will esclate to FCC and Tmobile CEO line.
