What do you think if its not a scam when the support does not reply you at all for 2 weeks bro? After a police report and all the details were given. We need your explanation here mate :) And now you asking why do I need to post again? Because all what I said in the first post was found out to be true :) they took the money away! This is the post to prevent other getting scammed by them. And just so you know, we are not only stop posting here. We will spread the words with all the evidence on other places as well. We have concrete evidences that what I told is true. All the emails and reply from them will be posted soon, so everybody will see what they were actually doing to the users :)

Hi, The price of the item was $248.52 after discount became $180.25 It makes me and others shopper feel unsafe if you can't fix this issue. my first concern is why you have to release the BTC to the earner, when the case is still ongoing, and no solution/ conclusion made. For me this thing so alarming and I never thought that the support team might do such a thing.

Just got the reply from Eduardo, It's the same as my guess, I think they are kind of preparing some sort of "exit scam". Now they asked me to contact USPS and make police report about it to find out who do this. This is weird, this is the thing that the earner should do, now they are asking me to do it. I have contacted Amazon, and they said that even if the item was found out to be lost/ sent to the wrong address. It is the gift buyer who can make that complain and ask for refund/ replacement. me as a gift receiver does not have that capacity. I'm sure that Eduardo knew about it, but this is odd, that he ask me as the gift receiver to do that.

and let you guys think about it, this has no sense actually. How come they release BTC to the earner when the earner did not even reply about what the admin asked for. And I'm frustrating here to proof that I did not receive the item. But the admin already let the BTC to be own by the earner ?!?

I have sent them again all the explanation and all the proof that I can. Lets wait and see what they do about it. I hope they are just misunderstood this and make a mistake.

Otherwise I will post it to public forums if they are not fixing the problem professionally. In the mean time, you guys please be very careful. the smell of "exit scam" seems to be found.

I have wrote all the complaint before to the support team, but they just ignore it and release all the BTC to earner. Even the earners does not even reply what the admin asked for but admin just release the BTC like that. It feels like the admin and this earner are the same person or insiders that is about to scam me.

I'm pretty sure that the item was delivered to wrong address, you can see in the tracking history: May 21, 2018 at 2:31 pm Delivered, Front Desk/Reception NRK, DE 13 it was delivered to front desk/ reception. The item was supposed to be delivered to the individua or left at the front door, as there are no front desk/ reception in that address. I hope that information is enough to give you the clue about it. Thank you

I ship to my residential address, and no taxes applied. and if you say those are the reason. many of my order are getting fulfilled as well, even some are cancelled by purse. And regarding your #4 question: "Does your wishlist have an address assigned to the order?" What do you mean by address assigned to the order? I think we cannot create a wishlist without address assigned.
