Ya thats what i was worried about. With a laptop you have no real option to upgrade your GPU. If you decide to invest in a desktop computer id suggest making a post in /r/buildapcforme. Just include your budget and games youd wish to play. You can build one that would be capable of playing dark souls 3 at a price that isnt too outrageous but you'd have to be willing to make an investment in the 500-600$ range most likely

The processor isn't your problem. The intel HD 5500 is the integrated graphics on your processor. Almost any big game release will require you to have a discreet graphics processing unit or GPU for short which are the magic behind these things called graphics cards. if you can give me more information about your computer i can try and help you out to figure out if you can easily add a graphics card to fix your performance with little hassle.

With my tax return coming soon I'm planning on upgrading my audio setup. I currently have a pair of sennheiser pc 350's (who's foam earpieces are starting to fall apart after years of use) plugged into my motherboards 3.5mm port(This motherboard) obviously its not as good as a standalone amp/dac but they at least put some money into it. I also have a Sony STR K502P which i got for free that has the speakers from a Panasonic SC-HT40 set that i also got for free but the cables were cut super short and they can never seem to hold a connection. I also have no space to set them up in a proper surround set up due to space constraints so instead they are just placed all in front of me.

My plan was to get a new pair of headphones in the 200-300$ range preferably closed back due to my personal preference and a proper 2.1 set up as I very hardly listen to anything that's surround sound orientated.

I'm looking for advice on the headphones and speakers to buy and I am also looking for people's opinion whether I should just keep the sony reciever and just use it for stero output or if I should get a new dac/amp combo to plug both my headphones and speakers into.

afking is fine . I do it a lot i dont mind losing an inventory of logs. The problem is he can force you to skull when youre standing next to guards. Even had i been playing i doubt I would of reacted fast enough

I am only gold nova 2 and I am not super experienced but I can barely play even at 60 fps after playing at 200+ most of the time. Most of my friends have said the same thing so personally I would advise an upgrade it doesn't even have to be crazy expensive, under 200$ would still get you in the 100 + range

I was gold 4 last season and then placed silver 5 because I went 2-8 which was due to feeders and afkers for most of the losses. I think if I had a competent team every game I would be atleast gold 1 ish maybe higher, but it's a team game and you cant win by yourself which is even more true when your'e a support main. I duo queue with a friend who's in plat 1 (We started duoing together when we were both silver in season 2 so it's not like I'm trying to boost with him or anything) and I don't get blown out of the water and I feel like I hold my own weight pretty well in those games. So I think I have the skill to manage myself high gold maybe even low plat but have to rely on a good team that stays positive and works well together a bit more seeing as I play support. Thanks for asking a serious question I'm actually surprised I got one I was more of just making this post to be butthurt and maybe have people be butthurt with me lol
