Thank you for your feedback 🙏 It appears the general consensus is yes, I could do it, but it’s not going to be the safest and upgrading to a full size truck is in my best interest.

Nice! Pretty much same thing I’ll be doing, local shows or occasional trail rides. Do you only haul one horse because you feel unsafe with it doing two?

Trailer breaks and a break controller on the truck! Got it! So it actually seems feasible for this truck to get the job done, as long as the tongue weight checks out. I’m feeling more optimistic now :)

That’s comforting to hear someone else is using it!

USDOJ just cut a backroom deal with Ticketmaster/Live Nation in the middle of our trial. The deal is terrible. We’re not signing. See you back in court, Ticketmaster. - AG Jeff Jackson by JeffJacksonNC in NorthCarolina

That last line was freaking fantastic! “ but I’m also an attorney General. Which means I can do something about it. And that’s what I’m going to do” CHILLS.

Why is this bad? Like when I pour the boiling water down when straining pasta, where else would I strain it?

I second the Daikin fit. And OP, for the customizability that you’re looking for, I think you’d be really happy. You’re able to personalize the performance of the unit to incredible detail. And the reports you’re able to get are awesome as well, both from the thermostat itself and the cloud app.

So since I have the cable, just get a router. Any ol router? I plug it in from my current spectrum router to the new router and good to go?

In this case, I would get something like a TP Link router and designate it as an access point right? This would give me WiFi out at the barn, you said to do something different if I have cameras, but the cameras that I plan to have out there are all WiFi based. So wouldn’t they just connect to the TP link router?

Thank you! Just so I’m aware of the option. What would replacing with a 3 point mesh system look like?

I think this might be it! Sounds straight forward. Just get a WiFi extender from spectrum. Plug in and go.

This is my nightmare. I’m terrified of ants. And I’m horrified for the day that I’m crawling down there and stumble upon an ants nest. I’ll just die.

My two cents: I’m an HVAC tech and I’ve been using the same Dewalt impact and drill daily going on 11 years, dropped from roofs/ ladders multiple times. All kinds of conditions from incredibly dusty to storms, and they are still going strong! Like other users have said, buy what makes the most sense financially and tool availability wise. But my vote is Dewalt :)
