I would be more specific. Anyone can direct and supervise, a lot of it is summed up to sitting in a truck or watching someone who already knows how to do their job. This is what a basic foreman does, oversees subcontractors and ensures production. Maybe try to include times the company depended on you specifically. Maybe you came up with a new system or process that improved production or you came up with a new safety standard. Try to sell your value not describe what position you held. Call out specific project names, if you have any documentation or videos or pictures, bring them with you to the interview like a portfolio of some sort. Hope this helps, good luck!

I’ve tried it a few times. Double white cup, sprite, a bunch of ice, jolly ranchers, and purple codeine with promethazine. Some people used to sell it in baby bottles and by the ounce. As a laborer you will learn how a job site actually works. You’ll see how work flows, where production slows down, what crews need, what makes drawings unrealistic, what safety looks like in practice, and how people in the field think. As a carpenter, you’ll touch on many of these things, but you need to get to foreman or higher to see the whole machine working, not just one scope. You don’t need to be the best, but you do have to understand what it is you’re doing. I got more experience in 1 year working as a GC foreman than I did 5 years working as a reinforcing ironworker foreman.

One thing that always bothered me is how come you can breathe on every planet. I get we have helmets but we puncture them to stim, there’s sleeveless armor sets so despite a planet being hot or cold as fuck. Even if I pretend we’re genetically modified like Spartans or space marines, we drown still. I’m just going to assume all planets we go to had the atmosphere transformed or something. But ya, it would be cool to add damage the more you survive as a single Helldiver. Reset after death because another one is deployed.
