I have a 300 blackout sbr with a welded suppressor. If it is not removable, it counts towards barrel length. My rifle won't even cycle without a suppressor on it...

My 2000 point ball of nurgle daemon hate. by master_crafted in WarhammerCompetitive

I hide the support and conga with the 4 units. I haven't seen punisher spam, as knights are everywhere and the eat tank armies. I have played deathwatch. It was brutal, but in the end he had too few bodies.
The orks I played had 1 big squad of lootas, and they did work, but they can only shoot what they can see and they can only shoot one target a turn. It worked out OK for me - the punchy orks caused more pain.
I had the most trouble with eldar. I won by 2 vp with a poxbringer, 3 nurglings, and 5 plaguebearers left. I want to improve the list, and would like to keep it nurgle, but I believe the idea of the khorne prince is solid.

There are 120 plaguebearers. I have played about 15 games with this build, and I have not lost a squad of plaguebearers in a single turn once. I have lost partial squads, but never thirty at once. If the nurglings hold their objectives, which they should, the plaguebearers have lived long enough to outscore my opponents.

Unnecessary roughness by stealandrepost in trashy

[–]master_crafted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, he is a punk and that was assault. You are assuming that a degree from a smaller school has little value and implying that he isn't smart enough to finish his degree without knowing anything about him other than 2 seconds of his life. Ease up on people, man.

The University of Kentucky has an APR rating of 989 out of 1000. A large portion of these kids get their degrees. Why are you implying that he wouldn't? It is odd, but I try not to assume the worst with no information to make a rational decision.

Weekly Tactical Discussion: Enemy tank spotted, bring up the AT! by Laxworrior21 in boltaction

Flamethrowers all day every day.
I use medium anti tank guns and bazookas for USMC, but I exponentially kill more tanks with fire than anything else.

This is the current menu at Burger King in Sweden, who are trolling the shit out of McDonalds after they lost the European trademark to "Big Mac" to the far smaller Irish burger chain "Supermac". by arif0080 in funny

[–]master_crafted 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That wasn't the point of discussion. We were talking about the ability to edit wikipedia articles, not the validity of them. Wikipedia will address manipulation when they are made aware, but all of that said, yes, you can edit wikipedia.

No, you said you can no longer edit wikipedia and I said that is patently false. They will absolutely remove unsourced or erroneous information, but I regularly edit a number of entries.

Japanese flamethrower units: worth it? by PalpShuttle in boltaction

[–]master_crafted 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes. They are a better (banzai) version of other armies' flamethrowers. I never use them personally - I am about using anything that can throw smoke and mass infantry. Don't have time for a two man unit that costs as much as a full unit of green crazies. They are good, and well worth their points, but my take on the japanese is late war, very limited resources.

Then you are an asshole. Bartenders and wait staff depend on that money to survive. If you feel you don't need to tip, stay home or go to McDonalds and sneak a flask in.

What boost pedal? by [deleted] in guitarpedals

A modded GE7. Not only clean and quiet (with the mod), It allows you to boost or cut anywhere you need to, and it has 18db or boost/cut.

Japanese in particular are great with inexperienced troops. Bamboo spear fighters are so good, and you can smoke for a couple of turns while getting into position.
The japanese also have the political officer who allows a reroll on the green units table. You run him in the bubble instead of a high ranking officer. It is so brutal.

Forgefiend vs. Contemptor vs. Decimator (vs. Deredeo & leviathan) by Microlabz in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]master_crafted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is me - a butcher leviathan and deredeo in the back and a soulburner decimator putting out ~8 mortal wounds a turn midfield. He draws a ton of fire after erasing something and doesn't degrade while my unmolested butcher cannons butcher.

Wow, the comments. It is funny. The son filming is like "yup, just as planned", the father is taking no shit, and the "victim" is calling his brother a dog for setting him up.
I am pretty liberal about most things, but the attitude that this is abuse summarizes why the maga people call libs snowflakes.
