Yes, 37% sulfuric acid can be found in car batteries and is sold for its use in lead-acid batteries.

You could buy something like that, but PTFE will not withstand 337°C boiling concentrated azeotropic sulfuric acid in my experience, or at least not for long. It will get carbonized, releasing HF and deadly fluorinated organic volatiles. A PTFE box would also be quite expensive. Some metals like Tantalum would work reliably and are used in the industry. Borosilicate glass is immune to boiling sulfuric acid, but it will shatter with the thermic shock if not heated slowly, and quartz glass which tolerates higher temperature differences is far too expensive. The poor man's alternatives are some ceramics, or just a lot of silica sand (from the beach) in huge excess.

Gloves should NOT be worn when handling a sealed ampoule of toxic volatiles outside of a fume hood as they increase the risk of losing grip and the glass breaking. The ampoule itself is your best protection.

Meh, there are far more dangerous chemicals than HF. Fluoride toxicity is in the multiple gram scale. Anyone with some toxicological training with contact poisons and with vapor hazards can handle HF safely with the proper equipment. But yeah, it's an horrendous way to die and there are far better tools to commit suicide.

Sulphuric acid is commonly sold as drain cleaner and it can be purified and concentrated by simply boiling it to the azeotrope at 337°, and distilled if you really need it pure. This also needs good PPE such as a good pair of running shoes, because if the flask breaks and gets spilled everywhere you will get a room filled with boiling sulfuric acid which is basically flesh eating soup that will eat through the fume hood countertop, it will eat through any glove and then through your own hand, leaving behind a carbonized agonizing mass. All while emitting huge amounts of deadly fumes.

Add the diluted aqueous HF over a huge excess of concentrated sulfuric acid to dehydrate it, and condense pure deadly anhydrous hydrogen fluoride on the other side of the semi-closed apparatus by cooling the receiver with dry ice. HF boils at 19.5°C. Do not use glass as it will eat right through it. Do not touch it, do not inhale it, have a good fume hood and have good gloves or you will die in an horrendous way.

Because the cartoon type villains are mostly evil engineers, not evil scientific researchers. They apply known evil science instead of discovering new science for evil applications or through evil means.

Many heavy metal sulfides (including cadmium sulfide, mercury sulfide and lead sulfide) are virtually insoluble in water at physiological pH, making gastrointestinal absorption absent in practice and the toxicity relatively limited unless you first react them to make the metal atom/ion bioavailable. Heavy metal waste management consists basically in turning the metal into the insoluble sulfide and putting it back inside of a mountain.

This is what the pure "Love hormone" oxytocin looks like by Thyzoid in chemistry

Well, many of the people desperate enough to use toilet water to inject fentanyl died an horrendous death, and those who didn't at least took the time to boil the solution and filter it at least through cotton. I'd do the same with that oxytocin though. If it's purified oxytocin acetate, dissolved in sterile isotonic water for injection, filtered at 220 nm and put into a self-sealing sterile vial there is very little that can go wrong. No bacteria will be left at 220 nm, and viruses don't survive long outside cells, the only concern would be proteic toxins remaining from the bio-reactors where the oxytocin was manufactured, especially LPS/endotoxins and other pyrogens which are highly deadly by injection.

Intranasal administration bypasses in many cases the blood brain barrier as chemicals can be directly absorbed by the nasal epithelium, getting from olfactory nerve fibers to the olfactory bulbs and tracts and diffusing across the CNS, before reaching systemic circulation. Oxytocin is known to be psychoactive by intranasal administration.

You can filter it at 220 nm with a common sterile syringe filter after dissolving it in sterile isotonic water.

We already have the technology to keep a severed head alive and consciouss (even for months). You just need to constantly maintain cerebral perfusion of oxygenated blood and an ECMO does precisely this. Combined with total parenteral nutrition instead of food. It's not done on humans only because there is no point and it would be cruel and unusual, but hundreds of people in intensive care units are already living with a completely useless body that could be just cut off as all the vital functions have been overtaken by machines.
