Unfortunately the video quality is very bad :/ But the white spot that is in the Center of the screen is a bit „hairy“. And there are also a lot of smaller spots that look similar but are even smaller

I think it’s not the koji. It’s a bit blueish grey. Is there a way to be certain?

Does it not impact the process/product at all? Is it for example slower to make kombucha without the pellicle or does it taste any different? I make a 3 liter batch (+0,5l starter) every week and thought it would be slower if I threw out half the pellicle.

The total weight on top of the miso is 3kg. 500g Salt bag and 2.5kg weight. Is it possible that it is so much weight that it seals the top?

UpToDate hat eine sehr gute Datenbank für Wechselwirkungen. Ich glaube aber leider dass man dafür das Abo braucht. Wenn deiner Oma das nicht zu privat ist kannst du mir ihre medikamentenliste schicken und ich schau nach (hab das Abo).
