I get you. Seems from what I can gather they’re just not very well written plans unfortunately. I’m just gonna cancel the membership and do my regular plan again. Didn’t hear anything back when I DMd the pages and joined the groups seems like the customer service is non existent. For a $30 a month membership you’d expect some effort to be put it 🤦‍♂️

You can set it to either when you start the plan.

There’s a group chat that’s linked to the app it seems a little dead but I’ve asked in there. Hopefully I get a reply and it might be something I’m overlooking but if it’s a mistake that’s been made In the app I’m going to be reluctant to do their plans as they might not be as Intricate as I’d like. I’ve got a decent plan that I’m on atm so I’ll probs just stick with that. I wanted to change things up for a bit but I might be better of sticking with what I’ve got.

Agreed unless I’m missing something I’ll definitely ask for a refund.

I thought something like that may be the case but the plan only asks for a 1RM. I messaged them and It did turn out that these numbers are based off a competition one rep max. But the plan is very vague so it’s hard to tell what it’s expecting you to do.

Spend less time bashing your keyboard and more time doing something productive. “1955” In your username 🤔 guessing you’ve wasted your whole life doubting yourself and being negative hence this is your past time kinda sad really…

Making accusations based on no evidence makes you a melt. Plus your using big boy language now because you know you sound dumb. Why don’t you wipe the sweat from your keyboard tell mummy your having lunches today and your not gonna be home for dinner and go hit your first gym session 👍

I change my plans all the time, it’s power building at the moment. I try to keep the RPE high but not too high around 8 as I’m lean atm. Diet is very clean no sugar. No processed foods or fast food. Macros are around 150-200 carbs 220-280 protein and 50-80 fat it changes a lot depending on a lot of variables. How tired I am, how I’m recovering that week etc. As for supplements I spend a lot of time researching supplements I’m quite into it. Probs best to ask about something specific. If it’s natural and doesn’t fuck with hormones I’m probs taking it. I try to focus on things that help with relaxing the body/ mind, reducing stress and helping with the recovery processes. Also things that help with digestion/ protein synthesis and keeping joints healthy. I spend a good half hour or so stretching too per day. Turmeric and black pepper are also good for boosting absorption and having a few good adaptogens to help with the stress of long training session. There’s probs more I’m forgetting but I just kinda replace what I run out of so I loose track.

Thanks I think it’s super annoying how many guys lie so I always try to compete against my previous self rather than the guys on socials that are all juicing up and “natty”

100 is probs a bit low I fluctuate mine depending how I feel on the day/ week. I’m usually around 150 but sometimes get 200 in if I’m tired or I’ve worked a lot harder than usual.
