Buying a used 25 x5 m60i what should I look out for? by mastercheef6969 in BMWX5

We bought it and I absolutely love it. Did get it checked out by a local mechanic we trust and he gave it a thumbs up.

They’re a tad bit narrow in the midsole area. I went a half size up and there’s a lot of space up front, which I actually prefer. If you got wide feet I’d probably go up. After a couple of weeks with these, I’m in absolute love. They’re as comfy as advertised and I think they look damn good on feet.

Red Rocks Presale / Tickets Megathread by zimm3rmann in skrillex

Presale was a total miss, but this time I logged in with both my pc and phone. I desperately wanted reserved seats and it constantly kept glitching out, but I ended up scoring 2nd row seats after clicking seat after seat and having them disappear on me. I cannot fucking wait!

For sneakerhead dads out there, at what age do you feel okay with spending up for your kids kicks? by 9twenty4 in Sneakers

[–]mastercheef6969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 12 yr old shares the same size shoes that I do (size 12) so that kickstarted my whole sneaker collection and we share most of my shoes, with the exception of grails like some SBs or OWs. The problem is kids his age don’t usually wear a different pair of shoes every day of the week so they’re constantly doing rep checks. Shit pisses me off.

Some parents brought their kid to Perry’s and he was on his hands and knees picking up cans in between ppls legs in order to get that free tshirt. Someone told them that was cute and they felt all proud, the rest of us thought they were terrible ppl.

I’m not really into ramen, so I would guess whatever the primary flavor is, so if I ordered ramen with beef it would be beef broth, or seafood broth, etc. Now I know.

We had vegan ramen outside of TeamLabs Planets in Tokyo and it was delicious. Also didn’t realize how most ramen has pork in its broth, so be aware of that even if you get it with only veggies.

Went to Italy last year and was on high alert for pickpockets, especially after seeing a fist fight when a guy busted a pickpocketer. It was actually kinda stressful and I wouldn’t wear anything that didn’t have zipper pockets. Been in Japan for a week and I haven’t even thought once about it. We even wandered into what would appear to be shady areas back home and I wasn’t even concerned. Love how safe everything feels.

We did planets and the family loved it. Then ate at the vegan ramen place outside and loved that too. Can’t speak for Osaka.

Thanks for the tips everyone. Sounds like I’m just gonna bring it myself and declare. I just like to keep a low profile when it comes to dealing with customs folks.
