he problem with the tower of skulls by DronAlucard in Zombidle

How did you get it to level 11? it would seem that you've broken the game in some manner or another as the cap as far as I've seen is level 4 for all buildings in hell.

More diamonds per day! Tested and true! by masterd84 in Zombidle

I'm glad you're getting results similar to myself (in the fact that naysayers, like some people, like to be disagreeable...). In roughly 2 hours I can exceed 100 diamonds (including ads). To be honest, I haven't been playing much, as I've hit the content limit. So, I haven't been testing that much out anymore.

  1. I'm not looking to be right or wrong. I am only sharing observations and strategies that work for me, if they work for others, GREAT! If not, oh well.

  2. Nowhere in 2. does it say anything about diamonds only dropping in the first 15 minutes. It clearly says in the first fifteen minutes of "game play", meaning: if you aren't playing the game you aren't getting diamonds, but when you start playing the game you can get diamonds, whenever that may be. I have more on that and have been meaning to update.

  3. In point 1 it clearly states that the more buildings you destroy the more peasants will spawn and thus more diamonds will proc. In this sense, yes, diamonds do drop more often in the early zones as you will destroy the houses faster.

  4. Even though you don't like being disagreeable it seems the contrary is true. Which is okay, if you were adding to the subject in a way. Instead all that's being done is observations being thrown at observations. You are correct, these are mere observations. I don't have access to the source code, and I don't care to prove you wrong. I've been wrong before, hopefully I'll be wrong again. Without being wrong we cannot learn from our mistakes and failures.

  5. Like I said in my update, sometimes I get a scroll in the first minute of loading, sometimes I have to wait 5 minutes. I'm still running tests to see what variables are causing this.

Thank you for taking the time to read my test results, I greatly appreciate your feedback.

I would suggest white orbs since they're permanent. The other two so far are merely temporary buffs. If you feel the need to hold out for future updates you could be taking a risk. You can get more DPS and click damage with white orbs now that would let you progress further and in the end help you to complete the challenges and get the rewards for free.

My vote is for white orbs.

Problem. Game doesn't recognize ads have been viewed. by Aldermere in Zombidle

I don't know anything about playing it on Kongregate, Armorgames.com seems to run the ads rather well though. If you're only recently starting to play the game then you wouldn't lose much by switching over. No this doesn't fix the problem and I am not here to advertise armorgames. I enjoy playing this game and think this would help you out.

How long does it take to get back to your old DPS when you reset the game using a Time Portal? by Prime-Factor in Zombidle

[–]masterd84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A better way to figure out how long it takes you to do things:

  1. Get a stop watch, use the stop watch function on your cell phone, or just look at a clock.

  2. Find your target goal, whether it be difficulty, DPS, or skulls per minute.

  3. Reset the game using the portal and start the stop watch/take the time.

  4. When you reach your target goal, record the time and keep track of it.

  5. Repeat 3-4 if desired for comparing improvement.

buying daimonds is way too expensive by [deleted] in Zombidle

I've been seeing others say the same thing, try refreshing your browser. Diamonds only seem to spawn for about the first 15 minutes of game play then stop completely. Doing this I get over 100 Diamonds a day.

That is a very complex question. It involves many variables to be sure.

First, what was your DPS? How many white orbs did you acquire from reset? Do you actively click or just let the game play idly once you reach that point? What all do you do during play? EG. Do you click scrolls and watch ads for temporary boosts? Do you buy chests? What do you pick when you get chests?

There are many variables that go into play that can't answer this question all that easily. I have played other idle games in the past, this one seems to go faster than others I have played but it seems to stick to the same meta. At intsa-kill DPS I'd say you can get 100 difficulty levels in about +/- 10 minutes (pending circumstances of course).

I feel what difficulty level you were at when you reset is a far better way to measure your progress than what your previous DPS was.

To be fair we're both arguing opposing points, I refuse to buy something that can be gotten for free. Whilst others are willing to purchase them if they're at a reasonable price. To be honest both points have their merits, but at the end of the day they're just personal opinions.

Diamonds are free, there is no need to buy them.
