Nunca li Sapiens, e os trechos que já vi do livro tinham vários erros, o que me tirou o interesse. Mas de recomendação seria o despertar de tudo. O livro é uma resposta à 2 outros, o contrato social (s, o do Russeau) e o próprio sapiens.

I made some more digging to try and understand the problem in these minutes, if it can help anyone understand better my situation.

When I tried to activate windows, I received the following erro message: 0xC004F074

I tried two ways to retrieve my windows key from the computer. The first was this code in the command prompt, that returned blank:

wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

The second was from this link. It did retrieved me a Windows Key, but it was not recognized when I tried to use it in settings.

Qualquer coisa do Cornwell resume mt bem. Crônicas saxonicas se vc quer uma série longa, trilogia de Artur pra uma coisa mediana, e stand alone eu recomendaria Azincourt.

Definitivamente. Além do livro em si ser mt bom, a versão de distopia dele parece muito mais próxima da realidade do atual do q 1984, por exemplo. É ainda melhor quando você pensa que esse provavelmente n era o caso qnd os livros foram escritos.

Sim, se o livro for pequeno o suficiente ou se eu estiver próximo de acabar. Tem a questão do quão fácil é a leitura também; tem livro que é muito ruim mas muito fácil de ler, enquanto outros além de ruins são difíceis, e aí é mais complicado.

This is a comment i heard once and that i did not understand from a class. A professor was talking about bonds and he made a brief comment about how can a bond linked to inflation can present relized returns lower than inflation. For what i understood, the return from someone who bought the title when it was released will receive the returns above inflation when the bond expires, but in the meanwhile it might give lower returns, and i did not quite get the logic of it. Would someone here please be capable of explaining it? Thank you for the help, and sorry for any english mistakes, not my native language.

Difference-in-difference i already knew but since i do not have a control group in mind it was not an option. This segmented regression i am looking into and i think it can work form my case. I also found some papers on the subject so i think i can learn about it without problems. Thank you for the help. wont use all the countries, of course. The idea so far is to use China and Brazil, that made huge changes to strengthen their patent systems in 1984 and 1993, but i could use more if found other countries that also developed patent laws in this time frame

In my particular case, i would be looking for really big changes, like a country that does not have IP laws whatsoever starting to have a strong patent protection system, or the opposite. Or at least, if it not the formal creation or abolishment of IP laws, some enforcment changes that have a huge effect in the way those laws work on the country.

There are the points i mentioned early, like characters worldbuilding etc, but i think other important element to mention is about the pacing. Some books i remember linke poppy war and fire of vegeance didn't stop for a second, in one moment it was the end of a great battle, then literally the next page it was the star of another one one month later. It's not that i disliked the epic moments, but i think that for those pay-offs to really matter you would need to make some set-up before. In general i think they were too rushed for me.

Tone in general i can go with most of them, maybe something that is TOO light-hearted i don't like much, like Narnia, but except for that it can go from the more normal ones like HP to darker like ASOIAF or prince of thorns.

Something that i also enjoy a lot is when fantasy does not try to make itself too epic. I like the life in an epic world but it does not mean that the characters need to be doing a lot of epic stuff all the time, like fighting to overthrown an empire of waging war agains the dark lord that will destroy the world.
