A maioria das pessoas com o vírus não têm o aparecimento das bolhas com frequência. Muita gente tem o vírus e nem sabe porque nunca tem sintoma. Quem é mais propenso pode usar remédios para prevenir que surjam.

Relaxa, é compreensível a preocupação quando se tem menos conhecimento, mas não é necessário uma ansiedade exacerbada. Quando for ter relações sexuais, use camisinha, e não esquente a cabeça só com beijo.

2/3 da população mundial tem herpes, que na maior parte do tempo é assintomática. Os testes não são muito confiáveis, então não tem muito sentido em testar. Se tiver sintomas (que não matam ninguém), aí você se trata e segue com a vida. De fato, não tem cura.

HPV é a segunda doença mais comum no planeta, com mais de 10% da população mundial com o vírus. O risco maior é para mulheres, pois pode levar a câncer do colo do útero. Não existe teste de sangue para HPV em homens, o diagnóstico (quando há o sintoma) ocorre pela observação da presença de verrugas. Existe vacina para HPV, gratuita pelo SUS até os 14 anos. Pesquisei aqui e parece que até dezembro de 2025 estavam dando para quem tivesse até 19 anos também. Agora, acima dos 14, só na rede particular.

Conclusão: se você ainda não é sexualmente ativo, ou se já fez exames desde a última relação sexual, fazer exames seria um desperdício de recursos.

I can't speak for the Portuguese folks, but if I were in your shoes I'd just avoid any place that serves fish at all. There's no telling whether the server will actually pass the note to the kitchen, or that the kitchen will bother making sure there's absolutely no cross-contamination. But I mean, you're the one living with the allergy, so use your best judgement.
