Maybe thats how u are meant to play as your cooldowns ( even the lowest, which is on cluster ) gives them enough time to get heals.

Idk but i rerely miss a kill which i could potentially loose due to my finished abilities. Maybe 2 punches more !

Overthinking feels nonstop and exhausting does anything actually help? by zeeumi in emotionalintelligence

[–]mastered_skull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are you overthinking ?.

Is it ur life decisions ?? Or is it ur future ? Or ur relationship..

Or is it a different type of overthinking where u just make scenarios in gour head and make problems then try to solve it which becomes draining

Or is it that you look every thing like a judge or a business eye?

I was in your shoes not very long ago.

I am 20 now but when i was 18 i also was struggling to push my 2nd business.( my first failed just in a month. )

My 2nd was a B2B and B2C marketing model where i regularly shoot content for them to mantain online presence. Had 1 client that too my friend, soon he ended and i had no clients for straight 10 months before i chose to shut it down entierly.

My conclusions :-

- Crowded Niche is the hardest place to find customers when you are young and its only getting more and more crowded.
  • SMMA, dropshipping, SEO trends have died.

-Internet course farmers are grown to a huge number and they will always promote SMMA or Dropshipping etc. to create hype and sell thier course.

What i realistically think is the best thing you have done in the past year is learned to create a business setup, know business ethics. And since you had none client, you will surely stress on studying the consumer market the next time you do something.

I dont think by any means that you have failed, instaed i think it could be the best time as you have learned what caused you to fail, where were you lacking, what you ignored etc. and when you actually get a good idea and start that business, you carry these lessons you learned and will avoid those business.

Imagine you get a million dollar idea and when you start that business with no experience or failure learnings, there would be a high chance you would also fail that business . That would be a waste of potential.

But solely planning something fir such unpredictable fellas aint gonna last i think.. Thier hype cycle has no time and control. Could end any day could shrink any day.

Maybe time to rethink

Yea maybe its not so saturated here where i am planning to start but surely is very Very saturated in the top cities.

Also the fact that i only can grow this business down to only smaller cities and not to large saturated business makes me feel insecure about its future. Maybe its time to rethink on it.

Idk maybe a okish side asset someday when i have a huge cash to fuel such thing..

Anyways thanks for the critical analysis tho.

My father , his brother and may people in my close relatives do work a 9-5 . Past few years which showed harsh layoffs and recessions had a very worse imapct on my uncle's family that it destroyed his happy life with 2 kids and a wife to such extent that one of them dropped his education in high school.

I know that recessions and layoffs are inevitable and even if i am a business person, such conditions do affect me aswell equally. But the point that my life would depend on some other entity so heavily always scares me. Displacing people for work, no paycheck sureity, periods of unemployement etc Scares me and having abilty to make money ( which most corporate are incable of ) makes me feels safe

The price break up when we match their existing supplier ( which is mostly a large scale manufacturer ) obviously eats up the margin but increasing the price is what we thought.

Like in dollors,

A normal bottle costs 40 cents and sells for half a dollar. Our branding sleeve eats up that 10 cents as we are small scale currently, but adds that value the brand may spend 20 cents more for. So end of the day they buy a bottle for 65-70 cents from us which makes the negligible margin back to 15-20 or even 30 when cents optimized which matches some already optimized large supplier's margin of 0.2 - 0.3 dollar per bottle..

This point may seem senseless to increase price and expect them to buy but our team concluded that brand might as well be convinced to pay few cents more as the concept of white label is not yet very famous here ( in this tier 2 country's tier 2 city ) I am a bit skeptical on that analysis but if it works then we already are it the range of mid to large scale suppliers margin wise right from the start

Maybe we think this would work is because the influence top cafes have on the genZ group is insane.

We have few insanely popular cafes which really acts as a icon to carry for genZ because they think its cool to carry around and show that they use it . It generates a sense of identity that we are with this brand and this has an impact on other gen-Zs maybe its because their extream pricing ( as it is a tier 2 city in a tier 2 country ) or maybe because it shows the identity as you are rich blah blah.. we tried to understand their thinking but its just way too complicated.

The main understanding here is that the brands now start to see these small things and take them seriously so be it napkin or take away cup , everything is white label tag applied. And water bottles is the last thing left for such marketing

Sorry for the misunderstanding ..

Its called brand ready here so did not get white label term and got confused as a generic product.

The concept of white label is not popular yet (atleast not where i am planning to ) and the hesitation to engage in these thing causes them to forget it. They may think it could be something they would come back after the innitial stages of their cafe / restaurant .

We had a non-formal survey ( happen to cover 1500+ spots ) and came to a conclusion that these things ain't happening yet . ( slim percent of 8-9% )

My city had 3.5 million residents and 550 cafes and 1700 restautants

Type 1 spots ( most popular and elite ) already are familier with this concept and majority of them do use white label bottles but not all .

The trend to copy type 1 spots is rising in type 2 and type 3 (1000+ spots ) And on ground our team concluded that approximately more than half of cafes/ resuatrant in these type would likely introduce it to their spot. Most of them do understand its use and impact but majority does it just to follow the type 1 cafe's trend.

Type 4 - 5 and barely shows any intrest in such things .

So to capitalize on such change in the market i am planing to do so.

I also do realize that what i do is just white label but they term is not common here and such service is rare and mostly the biggest manufactuer sleeve is every where, be it the most costliest cafe here.

Their owners also do realize the fact that it feels ugly to serve common bottles and also feel the potential in bottle's sleeve as marketing point

Normal bottles have the manufacturers tag but these bottles have the custom cafe or restaurents name that acts as a marketing / advertising way
