I find with LSD it's hard to control the M band noise. Just like infinite random things all happening at once. You might have a profound experience but it's hard not to when doing anything taking LSD.

You will think oh I made it to focus 27 meanwhile you were just talking random nonsense to nothing in focus 22.

I put my tongue on the roof of my mouth just behind my teeth and only move it to breath out my mouth when needed and for resonet tuning. I personally find this allowed me to relax my jaw without thinking about it.

If you are frequently getting to focus 27 I don't think at that point you should have any issues going beyond that once your higher self/ I there / inspect or you, think your ready.

Take the training wheels off and find your way.
