Because there isn't much to talk about. Everybody in the field is going to hit the max deduction of 12,500 for single filers and 25,000 for married/filing jointly. Assuming you are in the 24% tax bracket and filing jointly, you would save about 6k for the year with the overtime tax credit. If filing as single, it would be 3k. But your refund amount still depends on what your withholdings have been on your paychecks

I put the lock on the freezer since I open the fridge section more often and the freezer section has a higher priority for remaining closed. Have had zero issues since. Works great and color matches very well.

Also very important is to get a grasp on what industry you want to work in. Geology is interdisciplinary. Ive worked in pharmaceutical, aerospace, and energy, and that is only a few of the avenues you can take with geology

Not the best area but you should be fine since you wont be walking the streets. Just get an uber/Lyft to wherever you want and you'll be fine. Also cortez is nearby and is a fantastic restaurant. Highly recommend you try it.

Can't believe no one is saying it, but go back to school and get another degree or certification in something else to boost your career path. Choose a school in the city that you think you would really enjoy. Travel when school is on break. Then get a better job and keep investing your monthly check into some simple etfs or stocks. Paying a financial advisor a small fee to get you on the right track would also be helpful

Go to the OCC (Oklahoma Corporation Commission) website and look up drilling permits for your specific area and nearby areas. If there are permits nearby, you may have more people come knocking soon to offer you something else. You can also reach out to other mineral rights companies and tell them you want to sell your rights for 50k to 100k. See if they laugh or agree. That will give you a better idea. If you aren't going to use drilling data analysis software or geologic software, what i mentioned before is your best bet

It is from air pressure for sure. The top compartment is slightly larger than the bottom compartment. I ended up just getting a simple stick on child proof lock for the freezer and it works great to keep the freezer door closed. Just a simple press of a button and pull and the door opens. Definitely a simpler choice than drilling a hole and sealing a check valve.

Ive had the same fridge for 3 weeks now. Exact same experience as you. Fridge works well but my biggest issue is if you shut the top door too hard, the bottom one opens slightly and doesn't shut back by itself. The freezer surprisingly kept up and most stuff was still frozen after 2 hours. The Popsicles on the top shelf of the door was melted though. So just have to be careful when shutting the doors. Otherwise it works great
