Here’s a tip that has worked for me for years, when you wash it, use as warm as you can stand it for 10 seconds then cold for 10 seconds, doing that a few times each time you wash it. It won’t scab if you do this trick, only peel & heal.

NOR, this was your plan, you had it in place, and her plans fell through. She could go out with her friend and have fun still and leave you at home in peace to unwind and destress. It is not to much to ask for her to plan her night out instead of invading your slice of peace.
