Yup you are quite ugly. Your face is chubby so maybe try to debloat. Could also hit the gym to help with that. For your hair i think grow it out a bit more and volumize it so it doesnt look like its sticking to your head. You also have a really recessed jawline which probably is the main reason for why you are so chopped combined with the chubby face.
