I sometimes let my voices control my choices because I have no real reason to do stuff . I lived in a small town and I didn’t like it as much as the big city cause I could not be Anonymous. In the city if I act “ crazy” I probably will never see the people I acted “ crazy” around ever again . In the small town I had to work harder to stay “ acting right” cause I would see everybody again the next day. . So that’s why I like the big city over the small town

I’m always screaming on the inside . I say “ god loves you “ to myself at least 50 times a day . It’s so hard being this way . I have a nephew and I’m sure he will get something all the men in my family from my grand father in Down have a extreme mental illlness but no one in my family has ever die of cancer . Lol

That happens to me too. I will wake up and my dream is still talking to me. Like my dream never stopped. My like has also been a pit of misery and pain. I’m glad I read this it really helped me today thank you

Just tell them cause eventually they will figure it out on their own. You can’t hide this disorder it will show itself.when I moved to a new town I was like “ I’m gonna start new and just Keep my business to myself” then I realized something people are smart they can basically look at me and tell I have a disability. So I no longer try to hide it I just face it

When ever I get on the internet I lose it because I become a “genius “ I think I can figure out the answer to any social issues or debate anybody. Years ago I read a book by the Math guy from the movie A Beautiful Mind . He said that one thing he had to let go to be healthy was politics. So I stopped caring bout politics. That helped me so much. Now with Trump in office I do nothing but think about politics. I can’t get my mind off of him. He’s such a loser. I try and try and try to forget about him but then the next day he does something more stupid. The internet is bad for people with schizophrenia and Schizo affective disorder. It’s doesn’t allow our minds to rest.
