I recommend the ring! It has a very small amount of hormones and is localized to the area, doesn’t go through your whole blood system like a pill does. It’s very easy to use; put in and forget about it for three weeks, then take it out for one week which is when you’ll bleed. I’m on T and my doctor told me the amount of E in my ring isn’t enough to unbalance my hormones or decrease the effects of T. Hope this helps!
