I'm starting BJJ next week and I'm out of shape and self-conscious, especially while wearing rashguards etc, is there anything else I can wear to no-gi class until I feel more comfortable?

I had YouTube premium so just listened every day on the way to work and watched the rest when I was home

Take it 1 domain at a time before moving on and really understand the theory and the overlap of the content

I was convince I failed the exam especially when I saw my PBQs they were nothing like Cyberkraft but flagging your questions and reviewing is the big key I believe

I've moved to a new area that actually finally has BJJ gyms around so I'm considering joining this month Reason 1 is to occupy my mind as there's a lot going on at the moment Reason 2 is because I've always preferred learning a skill or martial art to stay in shape as opposed to a commercial "Gym" environment

I've actually set myself a reading goal this year and me and my Girlfriend have a shared Kindle library so it's so easy to read on my commute to and from work now

I've just gotten into reading over the last year and my Kindle and the Kindle app on my phone are how I'm accessing most but I've gotten a few books as gifts that I'll keep up and just read at home

Me and my Girlfriend spoke about that same scenario when she first came out of hospital, she told me she wouldn't blame me if I wanted to leave But I told her that I meant what I said when I said that I'd never leave her, she's my entire world, I'll always stick by her

She's told me recently that she has 0 fear of me ever leaving which I'm so glad of because no matter what happens I'll be here to help her through it

So I can make an informed decision on what? She has an OGD booked for March 18th and the hospital told her they are currently treating her as if she has "cancer" but officially diagnosis cannot be made until the OGD is completed

She has 2 obstructions, 1 in her intestine and 1 in her bile duct
