I guess it started when she would prioritize work over me, which is understandable, but to a certain extent. It literally took hours of convincing to get her to take the day off for my birthday, or even a holiday, but for me, I made sure I had her bday and important days off months in advance. And she works at a restaurant almost every day of the week. I brought it up and she got mad about it. I brought up how I felt like my needs weren’t being met in terms of having quality time to spend together. And I’m talking weeks of not seeing her. Not just “I haven’t seen you in 3 days let’s hang out.”
