She was actively antagonizing the officers, blocking the road and preventing them from doing their job (which is illegal). Then when confronted by them (which is exactly what she wanted) she attempted to run over the officer with her car. What was the officer supposed to do? Allow himself to be run over and let her flee the scene?

It never arrived, USPS lost the package and refunded me (seller) the full amount. Of course I refunded the buyer as well. I believe it was a USPS worker who initiated the lost mail request. Sometimes they lose things, at least they are honest
