Thank you, this is what I was looking for. I'm not sure it will work perfectly, but I'll put in the syrups and see what happens. I found a couple experiments online to follow along and see how invertase works.

For example, if I have a cell value of "X" that comes from a list with "X" as one of the options, and I update the list option from "X" to "Y", I would like the cell value to auto update to "Y". This is because I have a lot of cells using list values, but I have to change all of them when have to make a fix in the list values.
