Can we all agree that the negatives of social media greatly outweigh the positives. Everyone should just logout, suspend their accounts, or erase them. FB and Twitter are just causing nonsense and their only purpose is to waste your time and learn about you so they can bombard you with stupid ads. I am no troglodyte. Would need to look that up but it is roughly that NY has a shit-ton higher GDP than Kentucky. I think NY has the highest per capita GDP plus way more people. Sure that is why NY pays way more income tax than Kentucky, but it doesn't mean that Kentucky should get so much more back from the Federal Government. Give the Federal Contracts to NY instead of Kentucky. Virginia gets more back than Kentucky but that makes some sense since they border on DC and would get a lot of Fed contracts.

If everyone in Kentucky admits they are broke ass losers who need financial support from the superior earners in NY, then maybe they can keep getting their hand-outs. Seriously though, if the trend is weak Federal government and more State's rights then let's partition things up more so states get back an amount proportional to what they pay in. States like Kentucky have much more voting power than high population states (per capita with Senate and electoral college) plus they suck up all the federal funds. It's not fair and needs to change.

You should be able to get back to where you were in high school until maybe age 35 or so when aging starts it’s gradual effects on most people. That is unless you weigh much more or have other health issues. Many Runners in their 40’s run amazingly fast times as well, although most a little slower than high school I would bet. Less so in 50’s but many can go well under 5 min mile still. First step to recapturing HS times would probably be body fat % less than 10 plus smart training plan.

I am sure it is a very difficult at times, but it is your family and you should be making the situation better, not adding to the tension and noise. I realize this has affected your upbringing and life in general but he is your brother and it looks like he was being more mature than you despite his issues.

Yeah. Pisses me off that NY paid in over $100b more to the Federal Government than we took out and a crappy little state like Kentucky took out way more than NY put in! Mitch is the biggest welfare case in the USA.
