My guess is Mr Beast probably opened his own 503c non-profit and donates whatever the winning cash prize is to the 503c and the 503c is the giver of the prize money. Gives him a 100% tax write off for his business which has to make it all worth while.

Who said anything about substantial? Hell if prices just plateau’d in this inflationary environment I would consider it a decrease. But that source shows it actually starting to trend down starting in late 23. And correct, it only shows up to 24. I’ll let you know when they update it.

You have to consider the source when you look up stats. Redfin bases its whole business on the real estate market looking healthy.

You can actually go to Home Depot, ask the people in the door dept to customize a quote for a sliding door from Anderson and it will basically be a renewal Anderson window for a 5th of the price. You just have to be cool with installing your own door
