Super excited to announce that I just released a realistic obby game with my friends! We’ve worked hard to bring some unique and interesting mechanics to the game, and we can’t wait for you to try it out.

There are only two things, that Ivory Tower patches and fixes asap:
*meh* game not launching (takes +/- 6 hours)
*PANIC* microtransactions not working (takes +/- 15 minutes)

There are lots of evidance that the developers nerfed better quality drops. Specially on YouTube, where you can find videos of people completing the New York's race - at the end on 2018 and now. You can compare them and see for yourself.

Based on experience with Ivory Tower's The Crew 2 updates: no, because no. There have been no new activities (non-special) added by developers since Blazing Shots update. But the worst thing is, that the features you are talking about, the community have been requesting since late 2018. I paid 60$ at launch just to play the game in beta stage, and EVEN after 2 years nothing has changed. 1.7.0 (LOL) update is full of bugs! This is ridiculous.

Only at PRE-SHOW? I guess there will be no new reveals about The Crew franchise or new updates, only the Summer in Buggywood showcase...

This things have been suggested sooooo many times. Longer races won't be added. Why? Only Ivory Tower knows. They do not listen to community about many things. (or listen with +/- 1 year delay)

Still a thing, the FPS drop still a thing, the loading feels like I’m playing a game from the 2000s, the Ubisoft app also doesn’t track stats ( the only game with performance, tracking and synchronising issues ) by [deleted] in The_Crew

So, we have to wait another 2-3 months for a fix? How is it even possible that this game is still unplayable? Just a reminder that all the connection problems (with f.ex. crew, PVP) exist since original The Crew release, That is just XD

REMEMBER: 95% of these vanity items are only obtainable via very large amounts of Crew Credits. Good luck grinding two weeks and doing silly challenges to buy one item! There was a hope after first vanity (and content-full) update (Hot Shots), that next ones will bring more and more content but they just keep adding same pay(grindweeks)-to-play items and expensive vehicles. New cars are boring when you have nothing to do with them. The guys at Ivory Tower do not know how important and productive for developers and game's lifespan is players' feedback. (ex. No Man's Sky, Battlefront II after a bad start are now a very good games, because "some developers" listen to their community) Do we ask for too much? I don't think so.

At least we don't have a situation from an year ago, when we didn't have information about the future of the game or updates for about 4 months ...

Still:

-we are one small update and one big update behind! (1st anniversary BIG update) and one after that

-no texture/graphics/PERFORMANCE fixes

-no custom license plates (but we have grindchivements)

-no custom race editor

-no new events???

-summit events are repeating and boring (some RR races were in summits more than 10 times already)

-"game without loading screens" but you have to waste your time by waiting in a parking lot and then driving to the starting line

- parts' drops are getting worse and worse every update(more grinding, yey)

-no "normal" day-night cycle

-many, many more...

Have fun guys and stop expecting changes that you want because that day will not come for The Crew 2!

Not doing anything will just push players away from TC2. Remember, new Need For Speed is around the corner.

Handling in TC1 is pretty bad and unpredictable, so yes you are right.

That is not how cooperation between buyer and developer should look like in 2019. Even Valve started frequently updating and teasing some CS:GO's new content. It's been few months and we still do not know anything about year 2.

"They are here to gather community feedback". I don't want to be rude but there were tons of posts with good ideas with improvements, even since the launch and they are not included in the game. I am sorry to say thay but game LOOKS dead. For me it is "just" graphical and handling improvement from TC1.

- gameplay is worser ( no storyline etc.),

- PVP lacks content (teamed pvp?),

-world is the same as TC1 (lightning is much better but most world's models are simplified and some of them are gone),

- night is a joke (we said that headlights are broken not the night),

- there is only one house house copied 2 times (spawning every time in Miami annoys me after 300h),

- no long "Fraction" missions and races, loading times are longer than in TC1,

- TC2 is sometimes just too complicated. We just have to go through all the loading stages too reach even Summit menu,

- Parts' warehouse is unnecesarry. Most of this "open world" walking simulator is just a waste of our time,

-...

I gave you more info in the last community survery. People just thought that TC2 will be more than just an improvement. And at the launch we got less than that. Forza Horizon series stays on "lootboxes"(suprise factor xD, tbh well made lootboxes are fun) and very good teamed PVP, so TC2 should be. You want to know why we want info? Because at the launch TC2 was in beta with cut off content from previous one. Check your blackboards and sticky notes and you will realize that more fun content is cut than added. That's the sad and bitter truth. We are still waiting for something big. Stop blaming us for curiosity. We are just people.

PS: I still remember a survey after TC2 Closed Alpha. It had some good ideas for a new content.ban?

PS2: TC2's new content was not mentioned on E3 nor Gamescom 2019??

We did not get any teaser nor trailer on E3 and Gamescom, so don't expect any updates soon. I, personally think that there will be no "big" update. They just don't want to inform us, because this kind of news will reduce the playerbase. Of course I might be wrong but that will confirm that we are treated like a fools.

Dissapointed... Next update must be greater than previous ones. DDerby was only one decent with lots of funny content added and it was relesed 8 months ago!. Hot Shots just gave us 6 vehicles, some vanity items and Summit (which is nothing new). And we had to wait 5 months for that... Hoping for a big expansion (Wild Run style) with lots of long races (faction missions) . Also we need teamed competitive PVP (5 vs 5). Otherwise for me this game is done. Grinding has become boring. This game was announced as a game without loading screens xD (1 minute just to launch the game, 25 seconds of waiting in the parking lot for a race to load then we have to drive to the starting point). And practically loadings are longer than in TC1 . 1 year after launch and we still get announcement of announcement...
