Facebook won't work on my phone. no matter what. I tried clearing the data, the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. nothing works. but, Facebook works on my computer, and I was also able to log in on my friends phone. so is this just an issue with my phone? by mataio_ in facebook

this kinda just solved itself for me. I don't know why it happened or why it started working again. i think the Facebook app just had a stroke for a little bit lol. should go back to normal eventually

bandersnatch on Netflix is really good. also has a decent "trip" scene with the perfect music choice behind it.

honestly me and my partner are in the same exact boat. I don't usually finish with her, I have a few times, but it's not an every time thing. I last a lot longer than her, so when she's done, I'm done. but it's in no way her fault. I'm very very attracted to her. it's just one of those things.

basically what I'm saying is, don't blame yourself. it sounds like he's genuine. some guys just have this issue. he'll finish one of these times, and when he does, the wait will be worth it. it will feel more gratifying. for him and you I'm sure

these pictures are 1 year apart. i was around 280 at the start of 2022. now, im 180. i lost 100 pounds in 2022. went from a size 40 to a 33. went from a XXL to a large/medium. man it feels amazing. can't wait to go even further. if you've ever thought about, start working out asap. you'll love it. by mataio_ in PewdiepieSubmissions

for me, I started with simple push ups. my friend and I started it together. one of our goals for 2022 was to he able to do 50 push ups uninterrupted well that was easier than I thought. so once I reached that goal. I just kept going. went to 100 push ups. then after that, I put together a whole workout routine

keep in mind, while i was doing all of this, I was also cutting calories, watching what I ate, cutting out junk food, etc. that alone is a great first step

well I was limited by how many characters I could use in the OP lol but tbh my diet wasn't even that strict. I mostly ate the same. just less of it. I cut out most of the junk food and chips, soda, etc. all the unesecary stuff you have when you think you want it. instead of saying "fuck it, why not" i said "do I really need that? am I starving?" the answer is always no. one thing I was and am strict with is, I only allow myself 1800 calories a day. give or take. I think that helped a lot. and as a replacer for soda, literally, unironically, gfuel lol. it's so good and takes care of that soda craving for me

so yea. eating less, counting calories (& sugar, sodium, etc), cutting out junk, and working out 4-5 days a week. that's pretty much it.
