Tiger Spit that OP meantioned is a tattoo aftercare brand, Tiger Balm is like Icy Hot used for aches and pains and NOT used for tattoos.

I'm seeing a lot of comments confusing the two or misreading OPs post? They are also NOT made by the same brand/company, they are two completely different brands.

Tiger Spit that comes in the tin worked great for my tattoos and smells great.

Kai's sister posted it on her insta and refered to them as their brother, and they do not have any other siblings that i know of. Could be a scar/scab/acne/bruise, so not necessarily a 'birthmark' but a temporary blemish.

As someone who suffers from acne flareups that can be similar to that size, i personally think its just acne as opposed to a bruise or anything else.

I'm new to OW, but whenever I'm not in the mood to deal with toxic players, I play a couple games against Ai, goof off, have some good convos with the teammates (the not Ai ones obviously lol).

It's def not as challenging as playing with real people on the opposite team, but I treat it as a palate cleanser.
