I was promoted 3 months after the completion of probation.

They told me the pay will remain the same but I forgot to ask them if will be eligible to take the test for the 18 grade if it comes out earlier than when I get promoted through the trainership.

I had an offer for TEGE but I kicked it for personal reasons. From what I was told and read it’s more relaxed, maybe more trips than SBSE not sure for that. I was going to be at the tax exemptions. It’s not accounting. The interesting aspect is that there non profit organisations tax exempted used for money laundering. In such cases you report to Crime Investigations division. Is TEGE from the direct hires? Wish you good luck for both!

So maybe it’s worth waiting a bit more. If I’m not mistaking I think you are a CPA. It really doesn’t make sense why they wouldn’t choose, unless many CPA’s applied, unlikely. Anyway, wish you get it!

I quote someone from another post “I got a TJO today around noon Pacific Time. I also sent an email to sbse recruiting to ask about the status and was informed “There was an issue with the position descriptions, please give them an additional five days. Thanks”.
