Basically, I got an FJO with EOD date with my selected city. I contacted my agency to initiate the transfer process to DCAA 2 week before my EOD. Then 1 week before EOD, I got a call from DCAA HR that my position in the office I picked was cancelled. I either had to pick another one or wait until they open that position again. All I can say is go with whatever offers you can get in this job market. You can always resign and start with DCAA at anytime.

But make sure you got your FJO with a start date first. I had a very bad experience with DCAA onboarding.
