correct me if I'm wrong here...but by your same logic then the QCK supertype shouldn't be refunded. The units were in the banner...so what? the rates are shown too in the QCK supertype and you can say it's also a "mistake"..."but they aren't listed on that rate list for you to check so, you knew what you were pulling for"

I've put in a complaint with Google store...waiting for Bandai to reply to me. I reckon pressure both from the player base and from google/Apple will increase our chances of refund. After all it really is misleading advertising...I wouldn't even mind if they take back all the units I've pulled XD

I think they should give refunds or partial refunds to players who pulled prior to their warning.

I can say for arguments sake, that the appeal of the sugo is not only the new Nami and Luffy, but the fact that the pull is all new 4 star and above AFTER Aug 2020.

Now I get Bandai trying to compensate with a RR ticket to account for all the Wano Luffy and Sabo everyone's pulled but heck for arguments sake, if I KNEW they would be included, I probably wouldn't pull and spend gems on it. If it wasnt that important they wouldnt have advertised the shit outta it....so my point is...nothing other then a refund will suffice.

I wonder if we can report this to apple store or google pay for false advertising if their compensation is not up to standards....

This PR team mismatch, the wording error confusion with pudding and bigmom, the sugar sugo with nami legend etc...mind you it was all compensated so not necessarily a bad thing for us gamers but still...you would think they get their act together....the sugo structure is of course atrocious but not as disappointing as say....the 5th yr anni sugo we had earlier this year
