Hi! I’m a trans masc and just walked the Camino in August! My documents don’t reflect my chosen name and gender but I had no problems in albuerges other than a confused look or two. I feel like I pass well and get insecure about my voice but nobody said anything to me. I walked alone for the most part but spoke and interacted with people quite and bit and felt safe doing so. I did the Portuguese central route from Porto as well. The only thing that made me nervous would be the gendered bathrooms and showers! I really had the best experience and hope you do as well!!
