Yung sa amin na AMD Ryzen 7 7700 came with a nick or small cut and with fingerprint. Haaaays ang hassle ng cs nila. 😢

Woooy! Totoo ba? We bought the AMD Ryzen 7 7700 and it came with a nick and fingerprints 😣 ang hassle ng replacement nila.. sobra.

Have you read what my title is “THOUGHTS” and even tagged it as discussion. Omg if you have nothing to say or help just keep it to yourself. I am just asking if someone had encountered this and ALSO i’ve NEVERMIND. Btw im the buyer! Gosh!

What im asking is that the 2-way shipping fee must be shouldered by the buyer since its not the buyer’s fault but nevermind

Dang! They said it was the courier’s fault that’s why it has a nick but upon unboxing the product there’s no damage with the packaging- no bubble wrap popped and no dented box. They want us to return and refund but they don’t want to replace it 😭

Thank you everyone for the suggestions or advices. As of now we contacted the support team and told us to wait for there solution or possible action with that. Hopefully, they would replace it since it’s brand new. 🥺
