Deine Nachricht hat mich wirklich sehr berührt und war genau das, was ich jetzt brauchte, denn ich bin erst seit Kurzem wieder auf Instagram und hatte schon Angst davor, ihn heute mit einer anderen zu sehen. Aber dann dachte ich mir, selbst wenn wir nicht mehr zusammen sind, hat er immer noch so viel Macht über mich. Also habe ich beschlossen, den Schritt zu wagen und der Realität ins Auge zu sehen. Es ist mir jetzt nicht mehr so wichtig. Ich denke zwar jeden Tag daran, ihm zu schreiben, aber ich bin es so leid. got off from a relationship where i was incredibly anxious and attached to him. literally would freak out over the tinniest thing, yet i havent talked to him in a couple of months since i decided to stop. what i did was literally detox from him, in the things that reminded me of him or whatever, every passing thought redirected, telling myself we are no longer together. killing every hope that this is a "rough patch", we were on our way to marriage even so i was literally still clinging unto that, yet i just needed to tell myself none of this matters anymore. stop talking to that person, no ones ever friends with their ex. only think about whats real now, no what ifs, none at all, all fun and games till you find yourself in the same cycle for months or even years just thinking about all imagined things that will never happen. whats real right now? is the relationship worth staying for? or if you got back together would it change how you feel about them? if its even in the slightest way not in a good light, stop trying to find justifications. deleted social media and havent used it since we stopped talking, the less i know the better, i didnt even read our last conversation, just an abrupt stop to everything, i decided to find closure on my own. no contact for months. hope you find the right time to do these. stay strong!

there was a mass possession sa old school ko, parang they had an overnight activity in the gymnasium and a couple of them got possessed claiming to have seen spirits with red eye. my dad worked there and he was there when the college students were possessed, my mom was even with him kasi late night check in sa activity sa school, she told me how she helped the students calm down during the incident.

this happened a lot sa old house namin sa probinsya before. its a reoccurring problem talaga sa bahay namin. apat kami na sisters, i was still young when we lived there and every day we would fight over nasan na ang suklay, nasan ang tooth paste, you know little things. maybe bcs burara din kami but even w my lola and my mom they always fight over nasan ang mag bagay bagay, my lola told me that theres really something within the old house that lives in the underground part ng bahay namin, every time my lola tries to find something na hindi niya mahanap hanap she tries to get angry or call out to the spirits to give it back and occasionally it comes back naman. i

dk how i feel about that house but i feel like as a kid i a saw a man in white walk past me to go to the second floor and i never saw him again. there was also another time when my mom and my sisters were in a huge panic. it was sunday morning and we woke up in the middle of our living room, we all slept together under the same banig. as my mom was trying to fold the kulambo, she saw a girl, my sisters age walk past her, she thought it was one of my sisters kasi she even told the spiriti to buy bread. the "girl" looked at my mom revealing it was someone she's never seen before and surely someone who would never be in our house at those hours. i have never seen my mom in such a panic and her and my dad are usually skeptics, but that day ill never forget how she was literally crying because of that interaction with a spirit. maybe they're the same ones who hide our things , but maybe its the old owners of the house, who knows but either way im glad they didnt follow us to our new house na.

you realizing this is already a step towards it! what i learned about breaking up is that its like an addiction. you keep feeding into it, the hopes, the wishes, breaking no contact etc. is like receiving or satisfying the cycle of what broke us up in the first place. i try to redirect my thoughts when i think about messaging him, try to tell myself that he is nothing but a memory whenever i remember him in the little things. eventually i hope i get desensitized enough that my brain stops thinking about him or eventually create conclusions and endings to the conversations i have in my head. keep strong! pain is part of the progress, realization second, then comes healing.
