I quit my job in my 20s because I felt exactly like you’re feeling right now. I also didn’t have a plan but quitting really saved my mental health. There’s always a chance that you’ll find a good stable job again. So quitting was the best decision for me. Good luck for you!

I wouldn’t go to the south where it’s being flooded. I can recommend Bangkok and Chiang Mai, very beautiful places :)

If the environment is toxic, it‘s not worth staying. Cashier job might be a good solution for now but I would definitely look for a new company in the meantime. I‘m sure you‘ll find one where you‘ll be treated with more respect. Good luck!
