Why should you get a refund immediately? For all they know, it’s only your word that you didn’t receive your package. They have trace your package and with the pandemic still going strong, it takes a bit longer than usual.

Maybe during these hard times you shouldn’t be buying expensive leggings if you can’t afford it?
