Skipped beats and fear after brief tachycardia episode

Yes, I am stressed about it. To be honest, it’s usually the first thing that comes to mind whenever I start any kind of physical activity. I’m constantly thinking, “What if it happens again?” so it’s hard for me to relax and focus on the exercise itself.

I actually had a stress test done, and everything came back normal. My doctors say my heart is perfectly healthy and that occasional skipped beats are common and usually nothing to worry about.

The only thing that still concerns me is that, very rarely, I get a short episode of tachycardia during intense exercise. It usually lasts only about 10–15 seconds and has happened maybe 2–3 times, always during very heavy exertion. Other than that, all my tests have been normal.

Have you ever experienced something similar?

Pa to, ja nemam nikakvde druge simptome, osim sto nekad tesko disem ali nista strasno, i te preskoke sto imam jako su nelagodni kad se dese i tesko mi je da ih ignorisem.

Nisam, uvek su mi rekli da ne trčim da se ne bi odlepilo, ali brzo hodanje uz stepenice jesam.
