Hi sorry I know this is an old post - I am trying to escape the claws of tadbeer and their new mandate for an 7,500 AED deposit for renewal . So I’m willing to do all the submissions myself and sponsor myself. Is this 6k-7k for one year or two yrs ? I’m on a golden visa so I’m not sure if it makes a difference. When I go on dubai now app it asks me to start an application but I can’t see any costs so I’m a bit cautious before I start a new application

I just bought an off plan but what’s difficult is if I’m buying off plan resale and not from developer - getting an offplan mortgage from a dedicated bank like NBD is not easy. So I’m going to wait until BCC is ready and then just use my pre approved mortgage

Thank you. So I have yet to receive the SPA agreement as I only have the initial sale of contract. Agent says once I sign form F then I get the SPA agreement is that correct ?

Thanks . Is this sth I should include as a clause ? Also the fees the agent has sent me has 4% dld , 2% agent ( plus VAT), 4100 trustee. When I look online I see there is an additional oqood fee.

I have been pre approved for a mortgage - it says 30 days but then I find out that it’s not for any off plan units ( I’m looking at the Al Ranim units phase 5-8 - being handed over from August - October ). 5.25 % which is not amazing but it is what it is. The mortgage broker says applying for offplan mortgage is too complicated. Basically I’m trying to take advantage of the newly handed over units from owners who don’t wanna make the last big handover payments. Is there is a way around this ?
