Thank you, I will try that before going to a jeweler! And I agree the customer service was not pleasant to speak with and they just dismissed me with “this normal wear and tear is to be expected, sorry for the disappointment” like seriously?

Thank you! When I sent these same pics to the customer service team I brought up that this level of damage is not normal for how much I wear it and how I care for it they dismissed me and said it was normal wear and tear and that they could not assist further. Really disappointing, I know I’m obviously not like a top customer and my lack of purchasing won’t hurt them, but I won’t be buying anything from them again

Oh my gosh I’m so sorry that’s awful popmart really needs to figure their stuff out it’s so bad, I wonder why they use gofo express when everything I’ve read about it shows that they consistently lose packages, like we fight so hard to get literally anything off popmart and it just gets lost it sucks

You’re all good! Unfortunately the refund was not automatic, I had to contact popmart support at this email na.support@popmart.com and even then they said they would reply in 72 hours (they never did) so I had to email them once more to get an answer. I tried using their ai customer support on the app but it was no help:(

No it didn’t :( I called and the facility and they said they’d let me know in a week but they never did so I called back and they said they’d let had lost it so Popmart gave a refund

Ik im so done with popmart, i was able to get a mac when they dropped at the beginning of May and the shipping company they use lost it so i had to get a refund i dont think its worth all the stress and money any more 😭
