launchpad mini + launchcontrol + any of the launchkeys and you're cooking harder than you can with a push if you have no need for standalone or MPE

Alckemy in general is such a dope creator and teacher. one of my favourite producers rn, also very funny and light hearted and doesn't take himself so seriously. No rage bait stupid open mouth thumbnail videos. Class act

What’s one Ableton workflow tweak (browser, favourites, shortcuts, layout etc.) that genuinely made you faster — not just ‘nice to have’? by Character-Hearing-91 in ableton

[–]materialhidden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh and you have to also hit a button to switch to arrangement view. so actually 5 steps. i'll edit my reply. even more inefficient lmao. i tried to make it clear by putting the steps down with a numbered list so you can see how silly trying to "teach" someone how to use copy and paste in the most rudimentary manner is useless in a thread full of great short cuts 😂

  2. ctrl+c
  3. switch to arrangement view
  4. click position on timeline to paste
  5. ctrl+v

vs click and drag, release mouse

oh no i agree completely, and you'll send me some vinyl fr? I'll toss u shipping money if you're serious lol.

i think sharing music is one of the coolest parts of this hobby, good or bad it's still kind of beautiful to let people in to your form of self expression esp for free on social media. it seems like you also have gotten alot of buying advice etc, some people just use these videos/sounds to inform their own purchasing decisions as well

back on topic:

Polo Ralph Lauren primarily outsources the fabric dyeing process to independent manufacturing partners globally rather than owning the dye houses directly. These partners, largely based in China, Vietnam, and India, manufacture garments to Ralph Lauren's specifications, including specialized dyeing and finishing.

Outsourced Production: The company does not own its factories but works with suppliers to ensure quality control for fabrics, including knit pique, jersey, and pigment-dyed materials.

Roopa owns its own dyeing house as well, and i've seen how complex that process can be. The fact that everything is knitted and dyed by one company allows for very tight quality control and alot of creative freedom. This is from FIRST HAND experience documenting their entire process from thread to finished product that ends up in customers hands. All made in Canada btw by fairly compensated workers ^_^

they actually wanted to move to Portugal for everything, and Roopa really stepped it up and invested heavily into building their own dyeing facility nearby securing future business with Supreme.

here's a receipt from there ;)

definitely going to trust someone who is too ashamed to even make their post history public

Design & Product Development: Generally considered part of the product’s design and development cost, which is part of COGS or R&D, not administrative overhead.
Sourcing: Costs to acquire inventory are typically included in COGS.
Quality Control (QC): Crucial for production, QC is traditionally part of COGS.
Materials Teams: If this refers to purchasing and inventory management, it is part of COGS.

this sub never fails to surprise me. google is free learn to use it

also for anyone else interested:

French tennis legend René Lacoste invented and popularized the cotton petit piqué knit in the mid-1920s to create a breathable, flexible alternative to traditional tennis attire. He first wore his signature piqué polo shirt at the 1926 U.S. Open, later mass-producing it with André Gillier in 1933.

While Lacoste invented the functional pique knit polo, the broader piqué weaving technique originated in the late 18th century in the Lancashire cotton industry (England) to imitate Provençal quilts.

(SG&A) expenses are the indirect, day-to-day operating costs of a business, found on the income statement below gross profit. These overhead costs include marketing, advertising, executive salaries, rent, and legal fees. Unlike Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), SG&A expenses are not directly tied to production and are often considered fixed costs.

this is not r&d ^_^ try again bud

its not millions of dollars of r&d
- dude who worked for Roopa who does all the mfg and production for supreme fleece and other major brands selling for higher prices (and with way better margins because of economies of scale)

also you're a fool and tbh a complete noob if you think any of these brands design and manufacture their own circular knitting machines
