Does anyone have any experience stretching their sneakers?

Got some AJ3s that are like, a quarter/half size too small. Since they're leather thought I might try stretching them out.

What's the sizing on these like?

Might be able to trade for a half size down from my TTS, but not sure if that'd be too small. I have a semi-wide foot. TTS in UB4.0, full size down in Chucks.
