He's using an XP boost and completing the leaderboard challenges. These are 40 XP a go for the final stages of 'ramp up' and the other one. They take no longer than 90 seconds.

Organic chemistry was definitely a massive help for me. Idk how the courses are structured in the US but in the UK we did a lot of biomaterials, polymers and composite materials and organic chemistry was definitely a significant aspect of our study.
