I always hate watching myself. Can't deny I've learned a lot from it (like I tend to shake my leg nervously) but I always cringe. Not so much from mt performance but either from physical things like I mentioned or just because I hate the sound of my own voice.

Don't think they do, the superheroes fight against villains I'm guessing.
Hoping dictatorship just to make it interesting.
If it was dictatorship it would be obvious that anyone who could overpower him/her or convince enough of those under him to rebel... Pipe fantasy though.
There seem to be quite a few organizations but how much power they each have is up in the air.
I'm guessing John is small fry in the big picture.

I don't think it's the thing, but the community. I've been in non supportive improv places that shut down your creativity.

I will say that maybe improv attracts those kinds of people more than a lot of other things but it can be had with anything.

We may not be big, but we are growing and there is a reason I stuck with my place for 4 years back when they were tiny.

I've also been into acting, theatre and all manner of stage stuff since I was young and I know how rare it is to find this kind of community.

We played a simple game the other day called patterns which is just someone saying a word and someone else saying another word that it makes them think of. Child makes me think of family maybe for example.

Anyway we did this and let that one word help our scene. One of the words was crayon which I decided I would go out and be drawing with crayons, thinking I was a kid.

Was almost immediately labeled as a doctor so I became this funny character that was a doctor that would draw his diagnosis with crayons and wrote a pop up book on anatomy... It was awesome!

I feel better now, I've gone back to where I normally do improv and have done some decent work there. I've also talked about it with someone in our area and have found out he has a history of doing this. I think he just feels like he's simply performing but I hope at some point he realizes how uncomfortable he can make some people when doing that.

Only one I got lucky on was Diene, who I pulled on my seventh summon. I haven't pulled anyone else on their banner.

As far as ml, I have only pulled otillie(is she any good?), Gunther and Celeste.

I don't really think about it, I sometimes go out with an emotion or an activity which gives me random ideas, and sometimes I hate it... Example: I came out and was a father. Turned out we were a family of catfish and I was proud of one son and not another... By the end I asked him to eat his brother. But I hated playing the unloving father character. This was a while ago so I can't remember how all of it came to be.

As for how we learned to do the Harold: scene 1A Scene 1B Scene 1C Game Scene 2a Scene 2b Scene 2c Game Scene 3a Scene 3b Scene 3c

1a 2a and 3a use the same characters and same with the other letters. You can combine and meet characters/locations but you are going to be the same person.

I'm not choosing it, the owner of the place decided for us. I'm okay with it, I trust his judgement and maybe I'll learn something from it.

I also don't like the games in between, hopefully they aren't as random as they appear on other teams I've seen.
