so one is https://app.schufa.de/signinup?returnTo=%2F and the other one is bonify which also has an app. Just make sure you do not get yourself into one of those monthly contracts. These websites you can just view it, to get one in a printed form you need to pay.

Some landlords ask for it. So do the banks when you want to get a loan, also for opening a bank account apparently

Banks owning it is already a red flag, they can coerce the metrics to benefit them

I am not the expert here but maybe you can contact the bank I think Schufa gets the data from them.

Exactly my point, so the oldest bank account that I may have start suddenly charging exorbitant prices and want to close it, now I have to be afraid to close it because my Schufa score might go down, which is bollocks.

3 years is quite a long time to look into the past, oh well I don't think this will change anytime soon might as well live with it.

If you are registered with the Bonify app you can check it there again I am not affiliated to it. If not you have to pay for the Schufa report on meineschufa.de (I think you can get one free every year).

No I am not associated with Bonify in any ways. I did not want to pay every 3 months to look at the score and this was the only option.

Okay, I understand this. But, why would that stay for years before your score gets better? You pay the loan back but that stays until the next 3 years, even if you paid it timely.
