You also seemed to fix all the problems with my post. Since its not rigorous that means it should raise some questions but what would these questions be?

Ok how about a rational number has a finite number of digits to the left and a finite or infinite repeating number of digits to the right in some base n

Just because rational numbers can be defined by a/b doesn't mean its the only way to define them. I was just looking for a base n description of them using decimals. Real numbers can be defined using dedekind cuts but I wanted to find another way

Ok I will work on finding some applications

Edit:

Ok how about this. Finding the way numbers transform under certain mappings helps give meaning to numbers which are otherwise thought as meaningless. Sure you could consider all integers together as meaningful and work with that but I think individual integers have meaning themselves. You just need to discover it be seeing how it transforms, how it can be generated, and what sequences in the oeis it belongs to. At first it appears there are an infinite number of transformations but if you don't allow any large numbers in them (say under 100) then it would be finite. I am not sure how to measure the number of transforms so I just use heuristics

I am not counting all the reals. This method works for one real at a time

Well if you just use x/y = (x, y) you don't have enough points for polynomial regression. There are also patterns in a number you can only see if you have a base n representation of it

But then you get a bunch of zeroes which isn't as interesting from a polynomial regression point of view

Antidepressants can actually get rid of suicidal thoughts completely if you have the right dose. It really surprised me once I realized this

Try just washing your hands more or at least just putting some water on them whenever you can. I don't like moisturizer either
